Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Masa Pandemi COVID-19 terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat IV Nagari Kabupaten Sijunjung
Abstract
This study is intended to analyze the influence of the work environment during the Covid-19 pandemic on employee performance at the Sub-district IV Nagari Office, Sijunjung Regency, this study uses quantitative methods of associative methods, quantitative data were collected using a likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The population of this study was 31 employees at the Sub-district IV Nagari Office, Sijunjung Regency. The samples in this study used total sampling. Then it is analyzed using simple linear regression. In this study, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of the work environment during the Covid-19 pandemic on employee performance variables at the Sub-district IV Nagari Office, Sijunjung Regency, which have been tested with a significance of 0.000, smaller than < 0.05 and the calculation of > t table or 10.303 > 2,045.
